OUR CORE ENGAGEMENT
AI Architecture & Implementation.
A plan for how your people, information, business tools, and AI work together, followed by hands-on implementation in three stages.
Start with the AI Blueprint on its own. It’s a paid, standalone engagement, and afterwards you decide whether to move into the Build.
We choose tools around your needs, including Claude and ChatGPT, rather than building your business around one platform.
-
We review how the business operates, identify useful opportunities, and deliver a practical plan covering workflows, tools, information sources, access requirements, and priorities.
Available as a paid, standalone engagement that can lead into implementation.
-
We configure the selected platforms, connect supported tools, and implement and test the agreed workflows.
-
We train the team, provide operating guides, and deliver a defined period of post-launch support.
Smaller ways to begin
Start with one focused project.
The Workday Makeover
Three recurring tasks, simplified and documented, with a walkthrough for your team.
The Setup
The right AI tools, set up with your company’s instructions and reference materials.
The Team Session
Hands-on training built around your team’s real tasks.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Your AI Besties
Regular check-ins, tune-ups, and new workflows after launch.
Client onboarding
Intake, welcome emails, and setup steps run the same way every time, so new clients get a smooth start and your team stops re-entering the same details.
Reporting
Numbers gathered from the tools you already use and turned into a clear, regular summary your team can act on.
Document workflows
Proposals, contracts, and SOPs drafted from your own templates and information, and stored so the right version is easy to find.
Systems we build.
See it in action.
An illustrative example using made-up information. Not a client result.
Example notes: “Call w/ Rosewood Bakery 10/28. Wants holiday catering menu by Nov 8. Maria sending pricing by Nov 1. Need photos of 3 cakes by Nov 4. Ask about delivery radius.”
You share your meeting notes
1
• Send holiday catering pricing (Maria, by Nov 1)
• Share photos of 3 signature cakes (you, by Nov 4)
• Confirm delivery radius (you, next call)
• Final menu due Nov 8
AI drafts the action list
2
“Hi Rosewood team, thanks for today’s call. Here’s what we agreed: Maria will send holiday catering pricing by Nov 1, we’ll share photos of three signature cakes by Nov 4, and we’ll confirm your delivery radius on our next call so the final menu is ready by Nov 8.”
AI drafts the follow-up email
3
You review, edit and send
4
Nothing goes out on its own. You check the action items and the email, make any changes, and send it yourself. A human review step is built into every workflow we set up.
MEET YOUR NEW WORK BESTIES
Two business owners who use AI every day.
Chloe leads discovery and workflow design. Madelyne leads implementation and training.
Good questions.
-
No. We'll help you choose the right AI tools and plans for your business, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT or something else, and get your accounts set up. If you already use one, we'll start from what you have.
-
Every project is quoted upfront based on scope, so there are no surprises. We'll recommend a starting point after your discovery call. AI tool subscriptions are billed separately by each provider.
-
Most projects take two to four weeks from kickoff to handoff, depending on how many workflows and people are involved. You'll get a timeline with your quote.
-
An AI plan for each person who will use it (we can help you choose), access to the tools you want connected, a few real examples of the work you'd like help with, and time with the person who knows that work best.
Let's talk about your business.
